      Excellent work culture, good work, lots of flexibility in moving within teams, opportunity to innovate, excellent employee relations. Excellent learning experience. Excellent integrity and compliance standards and best thing is that everyone follows with spirit and letter.

      Cons

      Very low salary and even lesser hikes. Long working hours. Hardly any differentiation on basis of performance.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
