      Pros

      The people at GE are very helpful and are always trying to teach you something more and help you grow. It is easy to talk to anyone in the office including superiors that are even two or three tiers above yourself.

      Cons

      Because it is such a big company, sometimes it feels as though you may get lost, or the work you are doing is insignificant when in fact it really is not at all.

      Pros

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
