Pros
Opportunities to create challenging work. Inclusive work structure. Decent pay available if you work for it. Some opportunities to branch off to other GE businesses.
Cons
High stress. Mgmt. will push you until you break. Policy is for HR to always side with the manager. Great if you get along with your manager, not great if you get a new one and you don't get along. High turnover for managers as those in the management programs switch positions often. Often times new managers are put in positions with little experience or know-how. Very difficult to get included in management program unless recruited directly from university. For non-recruited employees, it is very difficult transfering to other GE companies
