Support staff act as if they are managment eventhough they preach its a flat organization, management often ignores employees concerns, questions and will make decision regardless of the effected employee opinions, contradicting the whole teaming philosophy. Often compared to other sites that are paid more but when pay is brought up they tell us not to compare our self to them. Difficult to transfer within GE. Also the LOCATION.
