      GE can be a great place to work if you work in the right department with the right people. Most people you work with are smart so it makes getting work done relatively easy.

      Cons

      The compensation is a little low for the amount of work done. They expect a lot of work out of eedps with low compensation

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
