Pros

1.) The work is challenging and rewarding 2.) Lots of opportunities to continue learning

Cons

1.) Poor pay. Management claims to pay market rate, but people leaving the company are getting 20%+ raises. Only after a recent exodus of young engineers did management start to offer salary adjustments, but not to everyone. So the ones who did not receive adjustments remain bitter. 2.) Poor Benefits. Medical Benefits changed to high deductible on short notice. Employees were given less than 2 months notice. People planning families would have to pay significantly more ($10k) for the birth of children. 3.) Hard to climb the ladder unless you have been pre-ordained on fast track. Too many incompetent people on fast track. 4.) Poor communication by leadership. Sometimes it seems like no one is steering the ship. 5.) Individual contributors being micro managed by VP of Engineering, at daily 5PM meetings.
