Competitive compensation. Large global corporation working on applying cutting edge technologies to real world products that power and propel the world.
Cons
Quality of executive leadership has dropped significantly in past 5 years as senior leaders retire. Sadly, the replacements that come in often have little relevant experience or vision and primarily seem to be short timers with the goal of enriching themselves before they hop to the next business vs. working for the benefit of shareholders.
