Pros
I learned so much from my time at GE. I made great connections, and was able to further my experience and learning. Education offered is fantastic. I would never have learned about Six Sigma in another company. They are also very involved in their local communities, I had the opportunity to volunteer for many projects and become a leader in volunteer activities.
Cons
Pay was not that great, they are rather on the cheap side. Also, if you are a really good worker bee/indian rather than pegged as "leader material", you'll find you get stuck in your position even when you ask for more responsibility and to move up.
