Some business roles carry good learning but by moving everything to global ops, which has incompetent management at least in India, the company has lost a lot of talent and respect of employees.

Incompetent India management, most of the leaders lack knowledge and are not problem solvers. Increased bureaucracy and growth of yes men/women only.
Pathetic appraisals in last two cycles, with no fulfillment of promises made during appraisal discussion. You can't trust the words of your leaders.
