Pros
I believe the company values its employees. With all the changes going on at the time, they gave people significant time to find new employment. I enjoyed working with a lot of type A personalities, similar to mine. People seem to want to work for the most part and get things done which I appreciated.
Cons
The higher ups have no clue what's going on at a normal level. Also there's not always room for growth. People stay at GE so roles don't open very often and if you're not 'in' with the right people, you won't even get a chance at those opportunities. Also terrible at allowing people to work remotely. May have changed since the pandemic.
