Business Outlook
Pros
Very supportive of community, volunteer organizations and veterans. There is opportunity to move to other positions every couple of years so you can take on new roles within the company.
Cons
Many employees don't help each other out or work as a team. Appliance Park is very run down and the roof leaked in the building I was in. The restrooms and common areas were filthy. It can be very difficult to get things done on the line since working with the Union can be very challenging.
