      -Permissive Vacation time and "straight time" over time as salary. -There are some good people you work with, and the responsibilities can be fun.

      Cons

      -Benefits are terrible, -Political and can be "shady". -If you make a mistake, management will never forget it. -You are based more off of how well you talk yourself up versus how hard you work. -They take advantage of your time.
