Pros
Great collaboration across the different business units before the split. My supervisors and colleagues were amazing. The unlimited PTO gave me the flexibility to handle my everyday things that came up without worries about depleting my PTO.
Cons
The official split of GE did result in me getting laid off. The benefits package was higher on employee paid premiums when adding dependents compared to other energy companies based out of houston.
