Incredibly smart and professional co-workers, relatively high pay depending on where you live.
Cons
Business culture lacks empathy, recently made decisions to move employee jobs to Chicago without relocation or additional compensation, layoff terms and severance packages are terrible by industry standards and heavily favor the company by asking employees to take all the risk, outdated offices and worst meal service I've ever encountered, horrible or complete lack of collaboration technology makes working way harder than it needs to be, unrealistic expectations of work output and productivity, tons of late night emails from across the organization, a business first culture, no holiday party, unlimited PTO means you don't accrue any PTO and it's very easy to get a day off here and there but nobody takes more than 5 days off consecutively.
