Lack of leadership curiosity regarding what our customers want and how we can deliver for them. The GE Innovation Wave 1. Let's try this new idea! 2. Hey, this new idea is working! 3. New leadership brought in. 4. I don't like the idea that's working. Let's try a new idea! 5. New idea doesn't work. 6. Reduce headcount. 7. Let's try this new idea! (Which is actually the idea in # 1.) 8. Idea doesn't work as well because of reduced headcount. 9. Reduce headcount. 10. Move the sales function to another part of the business. 11. Repeat.
