Pros

Salaries are competitive at GE. Employees are very sharp and for the most part, professional. There is a lot of opportunity to move around interally, but if you wish to leave the company, GE is a great name to put on your resume.

Cons

Processes need some tightening up. Healthcare can be expensive.

Pros

Exposure to functions and senior leadership within GEV. PMLPs have the ability to take on as much responsibility as they can handle *IF they push for it.

Cons

Unstructured. PMLPs are free labor and often times pull in directions that may not be the best for their future but for the success of the company.
