Pros
Ideal circumstances, equipment is up to date, many positions to develop to all you need some qualifications, they teach you the rest. Excellent on line trainings to keep you informed. Restaurant, fitness center with sauna, squash field, outside football field, tennis court, basketball, officially measured tracks. Good colleagues, execs mostly made their way up from the front line. Team buildings, Xmas party, Santa on ice, name it you got it. In certain positions (except from 24/7) home office supported.
Cons
Its far from the capitol, sometimes hard to arrange programes (but there are company shuttle service). Its not a strict 9-5 place, so if you have to work after hours, its up to you, not going to be paid (but its not significant, so you will survive). Not really able to list any cons.
