Pros
Flexibilty Working mode and no HR influence in day to day Activities.No attendance,no norm HR snag and no annual individual KPI as well. Only company KPI is set to everyone
Cons
Low increment, job demand is very high as GEA has diversified products range with its own demanding need. Poor Technical support and 2 way feedback is low since there is no appraisal. Certain product group led by very old so called 'highly experience' team but could not transform current demand into product desIgn needs. Tech and r&d no more
