      Operations upper management is averse to work from home and flexibility on that, firm believers that interviews are not necessarily accurate to reality. Make sure you are ok with the status qui walking in, be aware of cross team collaborations

      Loose work environment. This is also a con.

      Everyone here knows each other too well and become catty behind each other's backs. Not very inclusive towards people with different opinions.
