      International, financially very solid, constant focus on improving results and ensuring longevity. Very nice colleagues, rarely management by fear.

      Cons

      Over the last years processes have been allowed to become ridiciously over engineered in silos > everything takes forever.

      Loose work environment. This is also a con.

      Everyone here knows each other too well and become catty behind each other's backs. Not very inclusive towards people with different opinions.
