      The technology they sell to their customers is really interesting. Also, they have a real commitment to diversity that is baked in to their business model.

      Cons

      The finance group management is made up of individuals more focused on controlling people rather than data. The VP of finance spends most of the day on a power trip.

      Loose work environment. This is also a con.

      Cons

      Everyone here knows each other too well and become catty behind each other's backs. Not very inclusive towards people with different opinions.
