Great working relationships across geographies and fields. Company decision-makers are a well-balanced and diversified set of representatives.
Cons
it's a consulting firm - every now and then you have to work late to finish something. Depends on whether you like to travel as to whether that's a "con". Proposals are a necessary evil.
