We do allow some of our employees to occasionally work from home on a case-by-case basis, dependent upon the role, responsibility and individual performance. With regard to your concerns and frustrations regarding your supervisor, it is disappointing to hear your experience with leadership isn’t to your satisfaction. We work hard at identifying, selecting and cultivating a strong leadership team, which consists mainly of talented engineers and scientists. We offer a broad array of leadership development and learning opportunities to potential and current leaders. In fact, our 2017 exit interview data shows us that 90.7% of employees leaving GEI rated their supervisor favorably on demonstrating fair and equal treatment. I encourage you to engage any leader within the organization on both growth opportunities as well as to provide specifics about your leadership concerns so we have an opportunity to address them. You have a wide variety of channels in which to voice your concerns. You can speak with anyone in your supervisor’s leadership chain, such as your Branch or Regional Operations Manager.
