Pros
Literally none. You used to could say training but they cut it down to the minimum
Cons
Performance terminations every quarter for bottom 10% of workers. No job security. No more profit sharing so pay is not really competitive. Benefits were amazing but have been sliced and diced since Todd took over as CEO.
