Would give zero stars if I could. - IT leadership is purely out to serve themselves - they work in silos and are not in touch with their teams. There are too many leaders who micromanage and only look to make themselves look good, regularly and openly berating their employees. Have never experienced a place like this before - where directors have asked to manipulate data to make themselves look better and to change employee performances in order to push them down. - Mediocre benefits - it wasn’t until 2025 that Geico gave employees the day after Thanksgiving off, which they should’ve done years ago. - Changed PTO structure in an attempt to reduce their liability to the detriment of their long term employees; provides the most basic - two weeks.
