There used to be pros to working here. The pay, the training, the opportunity. All of that is gone now.
Cons
Micromanaging Only allowing select few to work from home permanently when RTO happens because of the next point Unreasonable metrics Toxic positivity about the job but only negativity when it comes to coaching employees The pay is sub par and not matching cost of living and raises are so small No transparency anymore within the company It’s abandoned all its operating principles Treats it’s employees like children Does not care about its employees Cutting back on maternity leaving coming 2022 and getting rid of short term disability. Knows that it’s employees are over worked underpaid and wanting to die but they don’t care Currently being sued for not paying people for overtime
