-Pressure to do a job when you don't have all the tools/resources. -When it comes to a promotion as long as your numbers look good you can get promoted. Even if you are not good at the job or doing a good job. -They say they care about their employees but you get little to no appreciation. -They don't care if you are overwhelmed and really need help, they will allow the work to pile up until you can't take it anymore. -They will promote people from one position without filing the position and leave people helpless with big workloads. -Poor management -No one is really held accountable
