Pros

They give really good training, pay for your pro level 1, 2, and 3 certifications if you want them, give a company car. It’s a good place to spend 4 months to 2 years MAX to build your resume if you don’t have any experience but get out ASAP. They will try to lure you with how much money you can make but the standards you have to meet to get there are impossible to meet and stay at for a prolonged period of time and once, so build up your resume and leave for a better company. If you do stay for more than a year there’s room to promote to an AD2 or a supervisor if you want to go that route because of the high turnover rate there aren’t enough employees to fill those roles. But most people in those roles are burnt out and do the minimum.

Cons

Insanely stressful work environment. Unrealistic and unsustainable work metrics, company software crashes, lags, fails constantly. Horrible customers, even if you work through your lunch, start early, and don’t take breaks the average person will still fall behind trying to get 5’s on surveys, while writing 100% accurate estimates on 3-5 claims a day. Which is the standard to meet to get promoted/pay raise.

Pros

Strong opportunities for career growth Many people are willing to mentor and support others without expecting anything in return Supportive culture, even from people who may not know you personally Increased focus on education and development, especially for leaders More company activities at the local office, which has been a welcome change Fun associate engagement opportunities like escape rooms, art activities, games, and food events So many opportunities for recognition

Cons

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
