Business Outlook
Pros
Most of the people you work with are great and some supervisors are actually caring. The benefits package was great and the pay was good
Cons
There is no work life balance. The metrics are constantly changing for the worse to make the job harder and goals harder to achieve. There is a lot of turn around and no support from upper management. It’s a toxic work environment and it wasn’t always this way until the new CEO took over. There is also no advancement opportunities within the company.
