Pros
The only pros are that there is a paycheck.
Cons
There are issues with very poor management and unclear, inconsistent goals. The managers see numbers with employees, and low level employees are overworked (to the point of not getting breaks and not allowing OT even when it is worked). There were times I was told not to speak to attorneys if they called due to harsh working conditions (from my direct manager). Would not recommend this place for employment.
