Unfair. In my role, and in order to be promoted, I needed to achieve a certain level of customer satisfaction on my surveys. When I joined, there was a major rate increase for New York (my primary territory) and I missed my promotion survey percent by 1% of my satisfaction goal. I was cut from the program and had to keep a low-paying customer service role (I quit).
