A lot of leaders score people's work inaccurately, and depending on whether your leaders like you, the appeal process is rarely honored. *there is hardly any overtime so many people work off the clock, even when addressing this with directors and HR- nothing will change. they will protect the company; everyone is aware that people are experiencing wage theft- no one does anything to change it out of fear of losing their job. * If you point out any discrepancies, you will be targeted-there is a consistent issue with retaliation at GEICO.
