No specific goal targets. But if you fall in the bottom 20% at any given 3-6 month interval, you are on track to be fired. You could be exceeding what the prior goals are, but if other people exceed them further, you are at risk of being fired. You will be doing the jobs of multiple roles, since they downsized and eliminated so many positions. No room for growth since the company can’t retain the new hires we bring on, and people are quitting left and right.
