Pros
While there are learning opportunities here and there, making this a potentially good place for people fresh out of college or the ones looking for their first job in Logistics, the learning curve is brutal. Personally, I have met some brilliant young colleagues, who are the only true silver lining.
Cons
Toxic working atmosphere, microaggressions in public and in meetings, and threats behind closed doors during 1-1s. The turnover rate is insane, which has destroyed any sense of teamwork and camaraderie. This high turnover is heavily used by managers to create an isolating atmosphere and enforce silence, allowing workplace bullying to thrive.
