Tasks are assigned randomly by various seniors without a clear hierarchy or workload balance, leading to confusion and burnout. - Work Culture: The senior leadership/mentorship is lacking. Rather than supporting juniors, the environment feels uncooperative. - Post-Resignation Treatment: Expectation to handle unpaid On-Call duties during the notice period, which shows a lack of respect for labor boundaries and professional norms.
