GEODIS has begun a slow descent to obsolescence that is gaining momentum. Many of the countries we support experience a culture clash with the French HQ and its mandates. The layers of bureaucracy make it hard for anyone to do their job well. Because of the HQ's extreme aversion to risk and their inflated processes and procedures, our competition is eating us for lunch, and new companies are opting for other solutions that offer customers partnership and innovation. It is sad because GEODIS has a lot to offer.
