Pros
Good salaries in some support departments and making effords to get new people on board.
Cons
Constant redundancies for over 2 years, very poor communication between managers and employees and between departments; old softwares and inefficient processes in different departments. Many employees either not able or not willing to their jobs; new starters leave within the firs 6-12months.
