Pros
Company now has a global presence. Many opportunities for networking and growth. Hourly associates are held with very high regard...too high, in some cases. SOPs and field training are exceptional in most cases. Company vision and operational goals are appropriate for the current market.
Cons
Salaried associates are omitted from most, if not all incentives. Human Resources was less than engaged. Politics and drama run amok at most sites thus, allowing less-than-qualified associates champion projects and tasks. Management and administrative training are minimal, at best. Customers are too heavily involved with operations at most sites.
