Pros
-Decent entry level pay -Good office events for employees -Great coworkers -You will learn a lot but at the price of being burned out and run down -Great innovative ideas (Terrible execution)
Cons
Forget getting promoted here, they will hire externally first and of the people that do get promoted typically had to kick their feet or say that they're leaving. Same with pay raises. Most of management is horrible, all they look for is to be kissed up to. Most also don't know what they are doing. They will take credit for your work and take the bonus for it too, it happened to me twice. I'm a US citizen but if you need a work visa avoid this place. A bunch of my coworkers got screwed over. There are other things but I'll leave it at that. When I left I could count up to 20 other people who left around the same month or two. Turn over rate is horrible. Also work life balance is none existent. If you're on call, forget your personal life. They will expect you to put work above everything else.
