Pros
I enjoyed my teammates, and I liked my actual job. Decent money. They did fun parties in the lobby. Never understood why they supplied alcohol on company grounds though. It seemed really unprofessional to me.
Cons
Our manager didn’t like being a manager. He never helped us. If you’d ask for help, he’d seem put out. He would tell you that he’d help you, and then never would. So basically you were expected to learn everything yourself or to ask your busy teammates. In over 2 years, this manager sat with me one time. Once. Management won’t let you know how you’re doing. You find out in your annual review if they think you’re good or if they think you suck. Management is just good ole boys. If you get a good manager, you’re probably okay. But beware those good ole boys in the Brentwood office. Also, if you’re a woman and you get pregnant while you work there- things will change.
