Forklift driver - Material Handler GEODIS Employee Review

There are some down sides with this company as: 1- There is too much work to be done at the same time the pay is not good . 2- there is no financial motivations .The company doesn't hire enough employees to achieve the multiple tasks which need people to achieve them. 3- The environment is bad as there is no ventilation inside the area of work ,much dust, no good restrooms,4- no enough break times ,5- The HR has no goo role to help the employee.
