Pros

Salary and benefits were fair. I worked on a team that was held in high regard so we received a lot of attention from executives. The products and projects were interesting and fun to work on.

Cons

Other teams had more red-tape and struggles to deal with. Some of the executives could be dictatorial and difficult to work with.

Pros

- Brilliant team; great manager; no micromanagement so lots of freedom and open conversations - you get the idea - For me, work/life balance here has been an absolute delight - Opp. to make an impact; good ideas are instantly taken up and put into the implementation pipeline - Processes are quite nice and agile (as I said above, you make a good suggestion that's feasible, it gets integrated) - Can work remotely from anywhere (cherry on the top)

Cons

So far, so good - maybe if I spend a few minutes thinking I could come up with one - but for me, the experience has been quite great so far.
