Pros

You get to work with very knowledgeable and you learn something every day. There's no micro-managing and you get to interact with people from all over the world.

Cons

There are a few processes that are not really defined and sometimes it takes a bit of asking around to find the way of doing things, but I have seen that changing in the past few months.

Pros

- Brilliant team; great manager; no micromanagement so lots of freedom and open conversations - you get the idea - For me, work/life balance here has been an absolute delight - Opp. to make an impact; good ideas are instantly taken up and put into the implementation pipeline - Processes are quite nice and agile (as I said above, you make a good suggestion that's feasible, it gets integrated) - Can work remotely from anywhere (cherry on the top)

Cons

So far, so good - maybe if I spend a few minutes thinking I could come up with one - but for me, the experience has been quite great so far.
