You have a job Get a paycheck Only really work 4 days a month Can do 4-10 hr shifts and have a 3 day weekend always
Cons
No advancement and career path No new work being given to employees-most sit and play on their phones for 5 hrs a day Raises and PTO are very small Do not like people working from home Job evaluations are very brief and nothing is explained Company picks favorites in and if you not one of them, you are just a number Waste Industries had an open culture and made it fun to go to work, y'all should also
