Work/life balance is non-existent. The management team at the local and regional levels has tremendous turnover, which has led to perpetual incompetence and general disorganization. Much of this is due to little/no training combined with very little HR support. All of these things combined has created a very toxic and unprofessional culture. Truck drivers, mechanics and aspiring managers can do MUCH better for their careers elsewhere!
