      Pros

      Networking, flexibility, customers, decent pay, sums it up.

      Cons

      Upper management has no connection with employees. Account Managers carry the load from sales to Operational issues, price increase, to complaints. Customer service and Operations departments funnel all calls to sales. No time to sell because you are putting out fires that are Operational.
