Pros

Salary and locations are ok / good. On-site cafeteria (not that good) and good internet and work equipment like laptops, tvs.

Cons

Too much hours of work. The culture there is to work, work, work no matter how late it is on the night. A lot of peole keep doing it because the are afraid to be fired since the company is downsizing every frew months. The IT processes are very disorganized and there is no structure.
