Pros
The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Always lots of office events happening and ERGs to join. Great benefits including access to Lyra, Teledoc, and Maven resources. Managers are very flexible allowing you to work remote when needed and work off hours to make up time if you need to do something during the day.
Cons
Most offices/ regions have a job service specialty so they may not have the work you want to do in a specific area even though the company does that type of work in other offices. There is an annual holiday shutdown the last week of December/ first week of January that requires you to use 6 days of your PTO. They tell you if you want to work during this time you can but you have to have billable work. The reality of a recent grad is that you don’t have much work for your first 1.5 years. The 2 shutdowns I went through I had to use 4.5 days of PTO each year because they didn’t have work for me. Some people love this time of year but it personally wasn’t a good fit for my lifestyle. (For context you get 16 days of PTO when you start at the company)
