Cons
Office culture will expect you to work outside your normal working hours of 9-5. The longest week I worked was 72 hours. Expect to make frequent trips across the southeast to do menial and repetitive work. Inefficient spread of resources across workers. A few of my experiences with this company: -dishonest. I was sent on a 1 week work trip that extended into 2 months. Required extremely much more manual labor than I was told to expect. -hiring process. They are willing to tell you what you want to hear to get you on board with them. I was told my responsibilities would change a few months into my employment. I followed up with supervisors on this, but they never changed. -coworkers. Certain coworkers made my job much harder than it had to be, including micromanagement and prying for personal information.
