Pros
GHR is very active in posting agency nurses. Waiting time is very low. They are one step ahead of the positioning nurses in health care system. There is assist and support at all time. pay is fair. I have worked with Sandra stewart in GHR. I have been feeling she is very much concerned about nurses, following my problems and trying to solve them. Sandra has been very proffetional. Proactive. I have enjoyed working with Sandra as well as April, very much, all the time. I feel there is somebody with me, all the time.
Cons
Mistakes which happens regarding of Pay, and of course underpay all the time!!!! It gets ridiculous sometimes.
